The Chinese European Art Center (CEAC) has been invited by the Dutch Culture Centre (DCC) Shanghai Expo to organize an exhibition. The CEAC selected 24 artists from China and the Netherlands who have all been exhibiting and working in both countries. They are all strongly connected to the CEAC.

This book is a richly illustrated document of ten years activities of the
Chinese European Art Center in Xiamen. In the 320 pages the book shows how
fruitful the China-Europe dialogue has been from the very beginning of CEAC
in 1999 till today.

Opening program May 29:
19:30 Welcome by mrs. Ineke Gudmundsson, Director CEAC
Opening speech by Mr. Zhu Chongshi, President of Xiamen University,
mr.Ton van Zeeland Consul General of the Netherlands Guangzhou.
19:45 Book launch The Red Snowball with introduction of mr. Allard Schröder,
Dutch writer and publicist
20:00 Refreshments and viewing the exhibition
21:30 End of program

A great number of the participating artists from China and the Netherlands
will be present at the opening.
In cooperation with CEAC, Eastlink Gallery www.eastlinkgallery.cn
will exhibit one of the artist participating in Dialogue 2010.
